1. GENERAL
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Second Number mobile application (the “App”), which provides virtual phone numbers, WiFi/voice calling, SMS messaging, and related services without a physical SIM card.
By creating an account, signing in (including with Apple, Google, or email), or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the App.
- The App is not a replacement for emergency services. Do not rely on Second Number for emergency (e.g. 911) calls.
- You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Fair Use Policy.
- Service availability, call quality, and supported countries may vary and are not guaranteed.
2. SUBSCRIPTION
- Second Number offers a weekly auto-renewing subscription plan (“Weekly Subscription”). The current price and billing period are shown in the App and on the App Store / Google Play checkout screen before you confirm purchase.
- The weekly plan includes a token allowance (currently 250 tokens per billing period) credited to your account when the subscription is activated or renewed.
- Subscription fees are charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Renewal charges are applied within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device’s App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
- An active subscription may be required to purchase or keep virtual phone numbers, as indicated in the App.
3. TOKENS & USAGE
- Tokens are the in-app currency used for outbound/inbound calls, SMS, and certain features. Token consumption rates depend on the destination country and service type and are displayed in the App (Rates / country pricing).
- Tokens included with your weekly subscription are added when you subscribe or when your subscription renews, after any applicable number-related deductions described below.
- You may purchase additional token packs as one-time in-app purchases where available. Token pack sizes and prices are shown in the App before purchase.
- Tokens have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are not refundable except where required by applicable law or store policies.
- Unused tokens may not roll over unless explicitly stated in the App. We may adjust token grants, rates, or pricing with notice where required.
4. VIRTUAL PHONE NUMBERS
- The App lets you obtain virtual phone numbers for calling and messaging. Numbers are subject to availability by country and carrier partners.
- Your first virtual number is included with your subscription plan at no extra token cost at the time of purchase.
- Each additional virtual number costs 50 tokens at the time of purchase, deducted from your token balance.
- On each subscription renewal, 50 tokens per active virtual number on your account are reserved from your weekly token grant before the remaining tokens are credited. Example: with one active number and a 250-token weekly plan, 200 tokens are added after renewal.
- If your token balance is insufficient for an additional number or for usage, you may need to purchase tokens or wait until your next renewal.
- Numbers may be released if your subscription expires, is cancelled, or your account is deleted, in accordance with our service and carrier rules.
5. FAIR USE & ACCEPTABLE USE
- You agree to use Second Number only for lawful personal or business communication permitted in your jurisdiction.
- Prohibited uses include, without limitation: spam, fraud, harassment, illegal robocalling, impersonation, toll fraud, reselling of service without authorization, or excessive automated usage.
- We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or terminate service—including removing phone numbers—if usage is abusive, abnormal, or violates carrier or platform policies.
- You may block unwanted callers or numbers using in-app blocking features where available.
6. ACCOUNT & DATA
- You may sign in with Apple, Google, Facebook, or email/password where supported.
- You may delete your account from the Profile section of the App. Account deletion removes your user data from our systems and releases associated virtual numbers, subject to legal retention requirements.
- Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription—you must cancel separately in your store account settings.

7. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
- To avoid renewal charges, cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period through your App Store or Google Play account.
- Refunds for subscriptions and in-app purchases are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies. We do not process store refunds directly.
- If you believe you were charged in error, contact Apple/Google support or email us and we will assist where possible.
8. CHANGES
- We may update these Terms, subscription pricing, token amounts, number fees, or features at any time in accordance with applicable laws.
- Material changes will be communicated through the App or other reasonable means where required.
- Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
